I was embarrassed by what emerged from both my ears, however result was transformative. Only went in for right ear, nurse suggested both should be checked and as it turned out, both needed attention. Nurse made comfortable by explaining the procedure, she had a lovely reassuring manner and was easy to talk to. Felt a different person coming out, price was fair and was given great advice.
